SEG, Lighting the way!

In 2024, SEG Ltd proudly partnered with Tauranga City Council and Mark Herring Lighting (MHL) to deliver a standout streetscape lighting project along Elizabeth Street in Tauranga.

The project focused on illuminating a series of sculptural pillars with custom-programmed RGBW lighting, using WE-EF FLC220-CC luminaires. SEG Ltd provided key technical expertise to ensure the lighting delivered both artistic impact and long-term performance.

The result is a vibrant, engaging urban space that comes to life after dark—enhancing the city’s visual identity and encouraging community interaction. The installation continues to receive praise for its aesthetic appeal and thoughtful integration into the public realm.
