Green Goals Achieved: Northern Quarters Earns 6-Star Rating

We’re proud to announce that Northern Quarters in Tauranga has officially received a

6 Green Star – Design & As Built NZv1.0 Certified Design Rating, a prestigious recognition of world leadership in sustainable building!

As the building services engineers on the project, SEG is honoured to have contributed to this outstanding achievement. Our office worked closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that the Mechanical, Electrical & Hydraulic services met the highest sustainability benchmarks.

This certification not only reflects the commitment of all project partners to environmental responsibility but also sets a new standard for commercial development in the Bay of Plenty region.
